You may start a charter any day of the week.

Availability and prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a deposit is made.

No Smoking below decks- Smoking on deck permitted if everyone aboard is in agreement.

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard or cheque.

Prices do not include 7% federal tax. Non-Canadian visitors may qualify for a partial tax rebate upon leaving the country. We carry tax rebate forms onboard.

We offer a courtesy three day hold on all reservations for bookings made more than 30 days prior to departure, but your reservation is not confirmed until we receive a 30% deposit of the charter fee. All final balances must be paid 30 days prior to departure. All bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full at time of confirmation.

Cancellations made at least 61+ days before the scheduled departure: Refund of deposit less 10% of charter fee.

Cancellations made within 61 days before the scheduled departure: Rebooking only with 90% of any recovered fees being applied towards a future booking.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations when initial or final deposits are not made in full on dates due and any money paid by the client shall be surrendered not as a penalty but as liquidated damages.

Unless otherwise arranged, cruises originate and terminate in Nanaimo from The Townsite Marina. located near downtown at the corner of Stewart Ave and Townsite Road along Newcastle Island Passage.

Rates are based on a per person basis or can be reserved as a fully private charter. Stateroom booking is on a first come first served basis. A couple may book the entire vessel for themselves by paying for three berths.

A medical information form and a release of claims form must be filled out and signed prior to trip departure. Medical costs and emergency transport or evacuation of any kind are not included.
