Transport Canada licensed captain
Captain/owner ( Bill Plummer) is a licensed 60 ton master operating the 45' sailing vessel Takuli III.
Takuli III is a fully insured and is a Transport Canada annually inspected passenger vessel. She is fully equipped with up to date safety equipment. Licensed and comfortable for up to six guests.
Full Provisioning included: All meals, snacks and hot and cold drinks are included in the price. There is a 24 hour "snack drawer" and fresh fruit and drinks are always available . Meals are healthy, with salads and lots of fresh vegetables. I serve local seafood as well as other dishes. There is a great variety of foods on board. Let me know if you have any favourites, preferences, or food allergies and I will shop accordingly. Alcoholic beverages are not included but you are welcome to bring your own. Fresh bedding is supplied.
Takuli III carries a stable two person inflatable kayak, a sailing/rowing dinghy and a motorized inflatable dinghy for your use. There is also has a library of natural history, fiction and sailing books on board Takuli III.
Trips start at 9 a.m. on the first day and end at approximately 5 p.m. on the last day.
A 5 day trip includes 4 nights on board.
Takuli III's schedule is flexible and is filled as bookings are confirmed. This allows groups to come sailing on the days they pick. I will confirm a trip with a booking of four persons. A booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit, the balance is payable 30 days before the trip start date.
Takuli III Sailing Adventures, in business since 1994, has never cancelled a trip.
